Parmesan cheese, grated
3-4 Tbs.
milk
1 Tbs.
extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp
anchovy paste
2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1
garlic clove, minced
1 tsp.
Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp.
sea salt
pinch of
black pepper
2-4 Tbs.
lemon juice
Directions
  1. Whisk ingredients 1-10 until smooth
  2. Add lemon juice 1 Tbs. at a time until desired flavor 
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
