applesauce
1/2 cup
milk (almond, coconut, etc)
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1.5 cups
flour (gluten-free, oat, etc)
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
baking soda
2 tablespoons
ground flaxseed
Directions
- Preheat skillet or griddle with cooking spray or butter.
- Mix together wet ingredients in 1 bowl and dry into another. Add wet to dry, stirring thoroughly.
- Pour by 1/4 cup in skillet and cook 1-2 min per side.
