Ingredients

2 tomatoes,
cut in half (Can also use cherry tomatoes)
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 teaspoon
each: parsley, oregano, and basil
Salt and
black pepper
Parmesan
cheese (optional)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place tomato halves in a lightly greased baking dish.
  3. Drizzle oil over tomatoes and sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
