Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

1 (15.5-ounce) can
chickpeas
Juice of 1
lemon
1/4 cup
tahini
1-2
garlic clove
2 tablespoons
olive oil
3 slices
roasted red bell peppers
Directions
  1. Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic and olive oil in food processor. Add roasted red peppers and pulse until well combined. Add reserved liquid to make a creamier consistency. Place in dish or into refrigerator until ready to serve.
