Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened
nut milk (hemp, almond, cashew, etc.)
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground turmeric
1/4 tsp
ground ashwagandha
2 pinches ground
cardamom
1 pinch
ground ginger
1 pinch
black pepper
1 tsp ghee or virgin
coconut oil
1 tsp raw
honey
Directions
  1. Add milk to small saucepan; simmer over medium-low heat.
  2. Add cinnamon, turmeric, ashwagandha, cardamom, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk vigorously (to avoid clumps) until combined.
  4. Add ghee/coconut oil, reduce heat to low, and cook for at least 5-10 minutes. (The longer it cooks, the stronger the milk is.)
  5. Remove from heat and let milk cool slightly.
  6. Add honey and stir. Top with a sprinkle of additional cinnamon, if desired.

Tip: For maximum benefits, enjoy this drink after dinner or before bed.
