- Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Place garlic mixture, beans, and next 3 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with rosemary sprig, if desired.
- Handy Hint: If the paste is too thick to blend, add 1 Tbsp water or lemon juice.
