1/3 cup

1 Tbsp
non-fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp chopped

Directions

An indulgent treat when you're in need of a sweet fix Change out the fruit to suit the season: 1/2 cup chopped mango, fresh raspberries or blueberries would be terrific here.

  1. Grease a medium microwave-safe bowl. Add bread and pears and toss together. Drizzle with 1 tsp syrup.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over bread mixture, and let sit 1 minute.
  3. Cover bowl with a paper towel, and microwave on high until puffed and set, about 2 minutes.
  4. Combine yogurt with remaining syrup and dollop onto cooked “French toast.” Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
