Ingredients
3/4 cup
old-fashioned oatmeal
1 1/2 cups
almond milk, unsweetened
1 Tbsp.
chia seeds
1 Tbsp (meal)
ground flaxseed
1/2
bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped
strawberries
1/2 cup
blueberries
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large mason jar or bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight. Serve cold. Makes 2 servings.
Overnight Oats Preparation Tips:
- Choose other fresh fruits of your choice to equal 1.5 cups or less (yield 2 servings).
- Sweeten overnight oats with packet of raw stevia, if desired/
- Stir-in 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter instead of chia seeds and flax seeds to change-up the recipe, if desired.
