Add to Shopping List
- Food process pistachios until they are course and ground.
- Add dates, vanilla, water, and salt. A dough will begin to form.
- Roll into balls and freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Melt together chocolate, milk, and oil in a a small saucepan.
- Once melted, dip balls using a fork and set them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for another 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
