- In a pan, warm oil with garlic and onions until brown.
- Add tomatoes, simmer with oil and onions for about 3 minutes; then add can of chick peas.
- Boil water or broth on stove, add a touch of salt and oil. Once boiled, cover and simmer.
- Add spices to chick peas; toss.
- Add couscous to simmered water or broth; and fluff.
- Layer couscous, top with chick peas, and enjoy!
