Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

10 oz. bag
frozen raspberries
4 Tbs.
extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs.
honey
4 Tbs.
red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
4 Tbs.
water
2 tsp.
chia seeds
1 Tbs.
Dijon mustard
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients into food processor or blender on high until smooth and combined
  2. Refrigerate, airtight container, up to 1 week

Note: Vinaigrette may discolor but is still good
