Ingredients

olive oil

garlic cloves, minced
1 can
no-salt-added crushed tomatoes
2 teaspoons
italian seasoning
Dash
salt & pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons
red wine vinegar (optional)
Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and vinegar and cook for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
  4. TIP: Use this recipe with our quinoa pizza!
