Cranberry Pistacchio Power Bites

Ingredients

8 ounce
dates
1/2 cup
honey
2 Tbs.
ground flaxseeds
pinch of
salt
1.5 cups, uncooked
rolled oats
1 cup
dried cranberries
Directions
  1. Add ingredients 1-4 in food processor, pulse until combined (will be sticky but able to stir slightly)
  2. Combine & stir oats & cranberries in a medium bowl, then add date mixture
  3. Stir until fully combined
  4. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  5. Once chilled, form balls to 1/2 diameter or desired size & ENJOY!
  6. Store in refrigerator, freeze after 3 days
