Peanut Butter-Chocolate Power Bites

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked
rolled oats
1/4 cup
ground flaxseed
2 Tbs.
honey
1/2 cup
mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
3/4 cup
peanut butter
Directions
  1. Combine oats, flax seed & chips in a medium bowl, stir until evenly blended
  2. Add honey & peanut butter, stir until evenly blended
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  4. Once chilled, form balls to 1/2 diameter or desired size & ENJOY!
  5. Store in refrigerator, freeze after 3 days
