chickpeas (15-ounce), drained and rinsed
1 (15.5 ounce) can
pumpkin
3 tablespoons
tahini
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon
cumin
Dash
salt
1/4 cup
pumpkin seeds
Directions
  1. Food-process all ingredients except for pumpkin seeds.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 5 days.
