Ingredients

1 can
chickpeas (15-ounce), drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1-2 teaspoons
seasonings of choice
Dash
salt & pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle additional seasonings as necessary.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
