Consume foods that boost  serotonin, like eggs, salmon, nuts, and seeds. Exercise to increase endorphins.

Al-Anon family groups,  Nar-Anon family groups 
Trauma, PTSD Join a PTSD support group,  spend time with positive people, enjoy the peace of nature.
