Ingredients

1 tablespoon
olive oil
Seasonings of choice
garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, etc
1 cup
radishes
2 medium
potatoes
Directions
  1. Cut vegetables into 1/8” slices (can use a mandoline).
  2. Place vegetables in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and preferred seasonings.
  3. Arrange vegetables in a single layer on two un-greased baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
