Ingredients

1/2 cup
semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup
non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup
chocolate almond milk
Directions
  1. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips by placing in a microwaveable bowl and microwaving on low for 30-second intervals, stirring after each zap, until mostly melted. Add the milk before the last interval and whisk together. Let cool slightly.
  2. Whisk together chocolate mixture with Greek yogurt. Pour the mixture into 8 small paper cups or popsicle molds. Freeze for about an hour and then add a popsicle stick, spoon, or skip that step. Continue freezing overnight.
  3. Handy Hint: No popsicle molds? No problem. We used paper cups. If you skip the stick, you can simply peel away the paper to enjoy your treat.
