- Add raspberries, vinegar & orange juice to food processor; blend until liquid forms
- Pour liquid into sieve, directly over sauté pan; press down with spoon until only seeds are left in sieve
- Add honey & chopped Rosemary to pan, simmer of medium-low for ~3-5 minutes, stirring throughout
- Add basil leaves, reduce heat to low & stir for 1-2 min.
- Remove & discard basil leaves serve and enjoy!
