shallot, sliced
1/2 cup
basil leaves
1/4 cup
extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbs.
red wine vinegar
2 tsp.
2 tsp
Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp.
sea salt
1/2 tsp.
black pepper
  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth 
  2. Refrigerate, airtight container, up to 5 days

Note: Vinaigrette may discolor but is still good
