Add to Shopping List
- In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add carrots and beets and sauté until soft (10-15 minutes). Remove.
- Add to the same pan, basil, lemon, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add carrots and beets back to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes.
